1) Who is Nahui Ollin Australia?
We are an Australian, (based in Sydney, NSW) family owned and operated business that specializes in bringing to you fun, colourful, handmade and unique bags and accessories which are all sturdy, water resistant and tough, yet at the same time, beautiful unique and Eco-friendly. The bags are all made under Fair Trade in Mexico, by hand weaving and folding the pieces, using an ancient Mayan technique sometimes using up to 4000 individual wrappers, into must have, Eco-friendly fashion items.

The bags are made from unused recycled, candy wrappers, gum wrappers, soft drink labels, magazines, barcodes, and even newspapers! Coated in a clear waterproof coating inside and out, they will stand the test of time, weather and hard usage.

3) How do I know that the products on the nahuiollinaustralia.com.au website are in stock?
All of the products shown are in stock. When a product is out of stock, we’ll make sure to let you know as soon as possible on the web site or via email if you're receiving our newsletter. Please contact us at info@nahuiollinaustralia.com.au for any questions concerning any stock item. We may be able to offer you an alternative style/colour or give you info regarding when we are re-stocking that particular item.

Please be aware that all our range is limited availability as they are all hand made and is  dependant on what the artisans have available to work with.
4) How do I know that my information is Secure when I am making an online purchase?
We use the most up to date 256 bit encryption technology that literally scrambles your information throughout the purchase process, ensuring that your information is safe.
5) How will my merchandise be delivered?
In Australia we use Registered Australian Post. We will also post overseas by using Registered International Post. This enables your package to be tracked. You may also view our Shipping Policy by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

6) What is a "wish list"?
This is where you can lay-by a bag (pay in instalment's) or see if we have some new and exciting colour range that you must have to complement perfectly that out fit or occasion.

7)  Can I see the bags in a live situation, not on the net?
Sure, check out the Upcoming Events to see where we will be exhibiting or where you can actually feel and touch the bags.


8) What does "SOLD OUT" and "TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT" mean? The difference is that SOLD OUT means we haven't re-ordered this style, BUT, if you really want this we can make enquires for you to try and get the bag as a special order. "TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT" means we have run out of this stock and have re-ordered this item.
